4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Ayosh currently delivers within South Africa only.
  • Delivery Fee – R120-00
  • Complimentary standard shipping is offered to orders over R2000-00 in major cities and metropolitan areas. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote or outlying areas.
  • Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines only and may vary depending on courier operations and external factors beyond our control.
  • Ayosh shall not be held liable for delays, lost parcels, or damages caused by third‑party courier services once orders have been dispatched.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.
  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof and your order details.
  • Refunds or replacements are issued solely at the discretion of Ayosh after reviewing the claim.
  • Shipping fees are non‑refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information before purchasing and using any product.
  • Ayosh will not be held responsible for allergic reactions, sensitivities, misuse of products, or adverse effects resulting from failure to follow usage instructions.
